Hyperlordosis
Hyperlordosis is an increase in the normal lumbar lordotic curve with increased anterior pelvic tilt and hip flexion. Symptoms include but are not limited to:
- Hyperextension of knees
- Shortened hip muscles, weak abdominal muscles, and overstretched hamstrings
- Poor range of motion in hips
- Poor posture habits present
- Hyperkyphosis may be present
