What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds will be given for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received between 72 and 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 25% refund.
Refund eligibility is based on the number of cancellations made by the client as our therapists need to be reimbursed for their time. A full refund for the amounts above is given for the first cancellation. Their is an automatic 50% charge for 2 cancellations, and a 100% charge for 3 cancellations as well as the discontinuation of services provided by Here’s to Your Health, Inc.
